This policy explains what personal information Masmatix Innovations Ltd collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose. If anything is unclear, email us and we will explain.

Masmatix Innovations Ltd is the data controller for the information described here. We are a private limited company registered in Scotland, company number SC845700, with our registered office at 62 Kerrycroy Avenue, Glasgow, G42 0BQ.

What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the details you choose to give us:
- your first and last name, email address, and optionally your company name and phone number
- the topic you pick and the message you write
- if you ask for a video call, your preferred date, time and video platform
If you email or phone us directly, we keep the details you share in that conversation.
We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call if you asked for one, and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where you ask us for a quote or a proposal, on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We will not add you to a mailing list, sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who else handles it
A few trusted services help us run the website and our email. They only process your information to provide their service to us:
- Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Zoho Mail hosts our company email.
- GitHub Pages hosts this website and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.
Our development team works from our office in Faisalabad, Pakistan. If your enquiry needs their input, the relevant details may be shared with them. Where information leaves the UK, we take steps to protect it, including contractual safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years so we can follow up and refer back to earlier conversations, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as the law requires, which for accounting records is usually six years.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
- delete your information
- restrict or object to how we use it
- send your information to you or another organisation in a usable format

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
